"Unexpected Charges with Cycle2Work"
They say they back different cycle to work programs (like CycleScheme, Vivup, and others), but if you go through these schemes, they slap on an extra 12.5% to the bike's cost. This kinda ruins the whole point of the C2W programs since the tax perks get cut down, making it more affordable to just buy the bike straight up. Basically, they ain't really supporting these schemes.

"Quick shipping of mountain bike pedals"
Super speedy delivery of MTB pedals that were in stock. I placed my order at 10:40am on September 12th, and they showed up at my door by 11:00am the next day. Awesome service!

"Ordered the Specialized boost battery..."
I got the Specialized boost battery through their website. Instead of a new one, they sent me a scratched return from another customer that doesn’t even charge and was missing the cable. What a nightmare, steer clear of these folks.

"Terribly disappointing experience"
I ordered a pricey Shimano Di2 rear derailleur. When it showed up, it was clearly not new and had been messed with. One of the jockey wheels was missing, and it wasn't even secured in its box, so it was rattling around during shipping. I sent it back for a replacement, but they sent me a broken, cheap Chinese brand mechanical derailleur in a box that looked like it belonged to the Di2! After I explained the situation and sent some photos, I finally got what I originally wanted. Third time's the charm, I guess. There’s definitely something off with their online inventory. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I was on the hunt for a bike bag to take with me overseas. Another company dropped the ball, leaving me in a tight spot with hardly any time to find a replacement before my departure. I had already forked out the airline fee for my bike.
Certini came through and got one sent to me super quick. I even rang them up to check if it would arrive on time. The dude on the line was really helpful. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks a bunch!

"Exceptional Support from the Team"
Robb and Wend at Certini were truly fantastic when I placed my bike order. They kept me in the loop with regular updates, were always ready to tackle any questions I had, and even took the time to unpack my bike hours ahead of delivery to Invisiframe it before repacking and shipping. What a stellar crew! Huge thanks to them. I can't see myself shopping anywhere else when I need another bike.

"Cancellation of My Order"
I placed an order, then quickly realized I messed up (totally my bad, misread the sizes) and requested a cancellation just 2 minutes after confirming. Instead of shipping the item in hopes I’d keep it (like some companies do, plus the hassle of returns), they promptly canceled my order and issued a refund without any fuss. Really a solid company to deal with.

"Awesome company, excellent support."
I ordered a bicycle, but the shipping date clashed with my holiday plans. I shot them an email over the weekend to ask if they could send it out sooner, and Wend replied super quick, saying they’d look into it first thing Monday. Wend got back to me bright and early on Monday, confirming they could deliver on the day I asked for. They kept me in the loop the whole time and showed up when they promised. The bike was packed up nicely and looked after. I'm really pleased with the bike and would totally recommend this company to anyone. Amazing service - thanks a bunch!

"Terrible customer support"
I purchased a groupset for £870, but one component showed up defective. They did set up a replacement with the manufacturer, but their customer support and communication left a lot to be desired. Plus, they wouldn’t cover the return shipping costs, giving me some excuse about needing the boss's approval. I doubt I’ll be shopping with them again.

My partner and I have bought bikes from the Saltash location. We've mostly interacted with Robb, and the assistance we've gotten has been top-notch. I can be a bit of a tough customer, and the level of patience shown to me has been incredible. The help, guidance, and expertise have been outstanding. We've also worked with other staff members who are just as supportive.

For several years, we've relied on Certini Bristol and it's been nothing short of fantastic. From getting my bike fitted by Nic to buying bikes from Jack, it's always been a real joy to work with them. The team is super knowledgeable and knows how to help you make the right choice, offering plenty of options and solid advice. They’ll definitely remain our go-to bike shop. Even if there are closer places, these folks are simply the best.

Tony and his crew were super fast in getting back to me with answers to all my emails. The bike was assembled and sent out in no time; I placed my order late Thursday, and it showed up on Saturday. It was packed up nicely, and the delivery guy took good care of it.
All in all, I'm really impressed with Certini and would totally suggest them.

"Excellent Customer Care"
We’ve purchased several items from Certini lately, and their service is outstanding, with products consistently showing up the next day. We’ve taken advantage of the returns process, and just like they promise, it’s super easy, plus the refund came through quickly.
I’m really gonna try to back these folks whenever I can since they’re located in Cornwall.

"Purchased 2 Continental Grand Prix tyres"
I got myself 2 Continental Grand Prix tyres. One of 'em came apart from the beading during a ride after just a handful of miles. I reached out to Certini, and they requested some pictures and the tyre back. I made a couple of phone calls over time to check on the status. They told me they were waiting for the Continental representative to take a look at the tyre. Here I am, 6 months later, still in limbo.
